- Creating or using fake identities, false pretenses, or misleading communications to access accounts, data, or systems

- Engaging in phishing, baiting, pretexting, or other methods designed to manipulate individuals into revealing confidential information

• Creating accounts or using automated systems (including bots) to query our systems with malicious intent, restrict connections to our systems, or replicate personal information for unauthorized purposes

• Creating accounts to query the systems with bad intent

• Using machines to restraint the connection to the systems

Limitation of Liability

Combined shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Combined and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our platform or your violation of these terms of service.

Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time without prior notice. By using our platform after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the modified terms of service.
